Vincci Helios Beach

We had a very pleasant stay at Vincci Helios Beach Hotel in Djerba. The room was nice, and the hotel and surrounding areas were always kept very clean. There are some wonderful members of staff who provide excellent customer service, although a few could benefit from a little more training in this area. Almost everyone we met spoke at least basic phrases in several languages, which was very helpful. The receptionists were especially lovely — if you have any concerns, they are happy to listen and do their best to help. Another positive point is that there are no pushy sellers constantly bothering you around the hotel, which makes the stay much more relaxing. The sea was still a lovely temperature during our stay, and the beach was cleaned of seaweed every morning. The swimming pools and general hotel environment were also clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend choosing the VIP area if your budget allows. It offers a much quieter and less crowded environment and made the stay more relaxing. The food was very good, with plenty of choice every day, and everything we tried was tasty. This is a four-star hotel, so I would not expect premium branded alcoholic drinks, but considering the price, I think the hotel offers very good value for money. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for the price. If you are looking for good food, a nice beach and sea, swimming pools, a clean environment and good value for money, this is a very good option in Djerba.

One area where I would really like to see some improvement is the care of the animals around the hotel. Guests should be discouraged from feeding cats in the restaurant and eating areas, as some of the cats have become very comfortable jumping onto tables. The hotel could put up signs asking guests not to feed animals around dining areas. At the same time, it would be wonderful if the hotel could create proper cat shelters and designated feeding stations away from the restaurants. Donation boxes could also be provided for guests who would like to contribute towards food, vaccinations and neutering. The same applies to the stray dogs staying around the beach. At the very least, please provide them with fresh water. Many tourists love animals, and it is heartbreaking to see them without proper care. I believe a simple animal welfare programme would make a very positive impression on many guests

La beauté de l’endroit, la gentillesse du personnel, l’accès a la plage privée, le bar sur la plage et près de la piscine, les levers du soleil qu’on pouvait admiré de notre chambre, les activités proposées, les animateurs des amours de super belles personnes qui se donne à fond pour nous divertir : Daïs, Mimo, Jiji, Ali, Amir, Zizou, Sergio 😍 1000/10 !!! C’est eux qui ont rendu le séjour encore + beau sans oublier les 2 dj qui assurait l’ambiance à chaque soirée !!!

Le fait qu’il n’y’ai pas plusieurs prises de branchements dans la chambre dans l’idéal à côté des lits, qu’il n’y ai pas de lumière ou led dans les armoires car c’était sombre, pas d’accès à un fer a repasser, le manque de Clim dans les couloirs

Les transats cassés, le cuisinier des beignets était désagréable, les matelas n’étaient pas bien trop de douleurs au dos à cause des ressorts, la douche fuyait à cause de joints à renouveler. La nourriture n’était pas terrible mais juste assez pour se nourrir. Les animateurs sont trésor sympa mais manque peu être d’idées ou de participants.
