I put in a special request to be on the first floor and I did not have my credit card with me when I reserved the room. So I put in the notes that my approximate time of check in was 6-8 pm. The hotel was almost full so being I didn't guarantee it with a credit card I was sure my room was gone. To my surprise the kind gentleman had looked over all reservations and kept my room for me. He even had the air conditioner already on in my room!!! I think that is wonderful customer service.
