We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well located, which made it very convenient for exploring the area. Everything was well organised, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers. Thank you for your hospitality!
Some not unpleasant situation with a taxi, that we booked through Booking.com They had not arrive but charged me on £26 for trip to Glasgow Airport that I didn’t request(((

Location, helpful and courteous staff, food, comfortable beds, great shower--overall great value
narrow tub/shower, a bit noisy from nearby pubs, dated

The staff were very good, especially the breakfast team and the lady on late reception
The room itself was a little tired, however the bathroom looked new so I guess renovations are in process

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great, good location.
The room which was up in the roof was very run down, especially compared with the other rooms we seen when leaving the following morning.
