The helpfulness of the contact person regarding access snd leaving luggage. The location - near the waterfront and old town, local vibe with good cafes close by, plenty of places nearby to buy food etc. The entranceway is lovely and creates an immediate positive feeling.
There is a small terrace but the outlook is not appealing so didn't use it.
It would have been helpful to have information/ advice about transport options. There appear be no taxis in Bari so it was very stressful over the weekend trying to arrange transport to the airport. In the end I just used Uber on the day.

Renovated, silent, good size, spatious, elevator, easy self checkin, safe area, good distance from center, sea, old town. Everything was as expected.
N.a. the double bed matress was a bit solf for my taste and bed had a noise...but was not an issue for me as i left the kid sleep in that one and i took the single bad for miself. The small one had better matress.

I booked it because it was a newly renovated property.
The noise ALL NIGHT LONG!
Construction nearby, jackhammers, motorbikes, trucks, people. Didn’t sleep at all.
