The rooms are tiny, you can barely move around if two people stayed

Lovely breakfast, very friendly helpful staff. Amazing location, very close to Metro and restaurants. Just a short direct Metro trip from Gare du Nord. Quiet side street. Local shops nearby.

I had a problem with a very noisy air con unit during the first night, but the lady at the reception sorted it all out next morning, she could not have been more helpful.

Super clean room. Great location and staff super friendly.

Not sure the breakfast is at its best.

Everything was fine. When the front desk wasn’t able to check me in when I arrived, the very polite front desk person offered me a coffee while I waited.

We arrived for breakfast 45 minutes before it ended. There was one piece of bacon, one sausage, no baguette and no croissants. While we were getting coffee, the sausages were refilled, but nothing else. The young man “taking care” of breakfast was washing dishes, not replenishing anything. We knew this because the door to the kitchen was open the entire time we were there. 25 minutes later, after asking for baguette, croissants and salami, all were replenished. For $240 a night, I expect better service. I don’t want to have to ask for practicality everything at breakfast to be replenished and wait nearly half an hour for it to happen. If I had had a morning train or plane to catch, I wouldn’t have had any breakfast. Moreover, I don’t want to see in to the kitchen and listen to dishes being washed. Lastly, I don’t expect a formal black and white uniform at breakfast, but I think something more than a collarless t-shirt and sweatpants is not to much to ask at $240/night.
