Location was perfect for the centre of lincoln, also great having a parking space with the property via a permit! kitchen, living room, bath room and bedroom space was perfect
Towel in the single bedroom was dirty and couldn’t be used but other than that great

The beds were very comfortable and location was great for us. It is nice that you are able to give out a parking a permit also. The owner was very helpful throughout.
There seemed to be a strange smell that hit us pretty quickly after walking into the property. It wasn’t very pleasant to which I believe was the plug in air fresheners in the living room and main bedroom. It wasn’t very pleasant. I would suggest changing them for a more subtle scent as it was very overpowering. Even after turning them off it was just a smell that we couldn’t get rid off.
This isn’t to say that the property wasn’t clean. It was still a convenient stay for us just requires a few small improvements to make it feel more cosy especially in the downstairs rooms.
