It’s located in a nice neighborhood in Glendale. Big enough for a family of 4. Nice, clean, comfortable apartment.
The front of the property is terrible. Three garage containers are on the driveway and they stink like never being cleaned. If they wash the porch and the driveway prior to rentals arrival the situation can be much better.

La comodidad del lugar.
El aspecto de la entrada. Sucia y descuidada. No es la mejor imagen que da el lugar al llegar.

Very large apartment in a warm, friendly neighborhood (I promise that EVERYONE you pass on the street will give you a smile if you say Hi, so don't be shy). The floors were nice, clean, linoleum type or whatever, rather than heavily trafficked carpet, so that was hygienic. The are good rugs where needed. There is a great coffee shop (Kafn) nearby as well as a healthy little breakfast and salad shop. The apartment was reasonably newly furnished, and it wasn't cluttered with pointless decorations and nicknacks.
I would happily stay again. New guests, though, should be advised to not be apprehensive about the entrance area, which is significantly lacking in curb appeal.
