The rooms are spacious. The location is very convenient and close to the metro stations. The customer service responds to phone calls quickly. It is good value for the money.

You have to email them your photo id and also take selfie on their web forms before move in. Parking was a big hassle because the parking card is inside the unit so you have to have somebody in the car (to avoid towing) downstairs, check into the room and bring the parking card downstairs to park in the garage. In the room, you have to call the customer service to let them give you the code to the lockbox for the parking card because it changes every 5 min. The rooms are clean but there was a dirty underwear and a dirty towel inside the closet so kinda gross.

Duży wygodny apartament z dwiema lazienkami.,Duża funkcjonalna kuchnia, bardzo dobrze usytuowany lokal. Szybki i sprawny kontakt z hostem

Proces otrzynania kluczy sformalizowany (wysylki scanow dokumentow, selfie photo, check in jak na lotnisku. Chłodno w lokalu, w suszarko-pralce działa pranie. Nie suszy. Brak czajnika i herbaty. Mało sztućców.

I liked the locations, it was close to a lot of stores. I also liked how the host was helpful and the place was clean.

They had no wash clothes but towels. Ran out of toilet paper also.
