Very clean and in a quiet area. Great parking just across the road

The property was very central and very clean. Nice wee touches, water, coffee, biscuits, toiletries incase you forgot anything. Very cosy, everything we needed for our stay. Great shower.

I had an absolutely wonderful two night stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Oban. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hosts had put a lot of thought and care into making guests feel welcome. There were so many lovely little touches, including a carton of milk in the fridge, snacks, coffee pods and even a selection of toiletries with a thoughtful note inviting guests to help themselves if they'd forgotten anything. Little notes throughout the apartment explaining how everything worked were another really nice personal touch. The hosts, two sisters and their mum, were absolutely delightful to deal with. They got in touch shortly after booking to make sure everything was okay, and the instructions for accessing the property were excellent. I genuinely couldn't have asked for more helpful or welcoming hosts. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, fresh, spotlessly presented and exactly as described. The bedrooms were lovely and homely, the shower was fantastic, and although the pillows weren't quite to my personal preference, I still had a good night's sleep. The location couldn't be better, right in the centre of Oban, with everything within easy walking distance. I was even lucky enough to park directly outside the apartment. Just be aware that parking charges apply between 9am and 6pm, and there are parking wardens in the area.Thankfully, I was out exploring during those hours, so it worked out perfectly for me. Overall, this is a fantastic apartment with a brilliant location, beautiful decor and genuinely wonderful hosts. It's the thoughtful little extras and personal touches that really make a place stand out, and these ladies have certainly got that right. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time I'm in Oban. Thank you for making my visit so comfortable and welcoming! ❤️

A couple of small things worth mentioning for future guests, there's a pub nearby, and as the bedrooms faces a route people use to walk home, there can be occasional noise in the evenings. I also had particularly heavy rain during my stay, and on the second night it sounded as though the gutters were overflowing, which was a little noisy. Neither of these things spoiled my stay, and the neighbours were completely silent throughout. Value for money My only real criticism would be the price. For two nights towards the end of the tourist season, I did feel the accommodation was rather expensive as i was on my own. I appreciate that Oban is a popular destination and that the apartment is beautifully presented, centrally located and exceptionally well looked after. I chose to book it knowing the price, and I certainly don't regret my decision, but I do feel the cost was on the high side for a two night stay. That said, the wonderful hosts, thoughtful extras and overall quality of the apartment made it a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely, well-located apartment. Nicely renovated and very clean. The owners provide many thoughtful touches to make the stay pleasant: milk in the fridge, a basket with some snacks, and bathroom products.

One matress was not super comfortable, Once informed, the owner said it would be changed.
