The location is fabulous since it also has free parking. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good, but difficult to get into. Very spacious unit, the Calabria.
No control over room temperature. No tissues. Not one chair to sit in - in a two room unit. Climbing the stairs.

There was no breakfast but the coffee shop across the street was great. We live in a house built in 1900. We love older buildings and really liked the building. Stairs were a challenge, but that makes places special. Really enjoyed it. We came to watch the Cardinals/Pirates baseball game. The ballpark was near the hotel. You should emphasize how close it is too FB and BB stadiums.
TV in the downstairs living room was nice but would have liked one in the upstairs bedroom as well.

Located in a neighborhood with restaurants, bars, and breakfast areas that are very close (Thai, Italian, Cheese Steaks, Breakfast, etc). Close to the football stadium and the free parking was adjacent to the property. Room was huge (actually two rooms) with a queen and a king bed, sofa, tv, private bath, refrigerator and microwave. Quiet after 10:00.
Mattress was decent, but a little too soft. More plugs, in the room I had there were few options. Found check in a little confusing as there was no staff when we arrived (just prior to 3:00), however, I did have emails that detailed everything, I just did not know and did not view them prior to arrival.

Noise, shouting and threatening male, very thin light curtains. Check in code for room didn't work 3 times. AI replies didn't match questions. State of Bathroom
