It was huge! Clean, comfortable, all the amenities we needed for our stay. Had a little kitchen, television with streaming, starlink for internet which was high speed, walking proximity to everything, easy parking right at the door, easy communication with the manager/owner. Heads up to future patrons- Narambeen seems to only have reception for Telstra users, so no phone/internet. We got there and went to the Shire to use their phone (we are with Vodafone- no reception) to contact the accomodation manager and organise our key. In hindsight we should have organised this earlier. Manager was lovely and entry was so easy. Not an issue, just a heads up for others! I recommend Avoca Farm nearby for stargazing (you can drive there, park and walk into a field), and the food/vibes at the local pub (the Narra!) were fantastic!

1. It was a very clean, quiet, large and well laid out with a large family size fridge/freezer. 2. The bathroom was large and designed for someone with disabilities. 3. The shower was strong and hot. 4. The beds were VERY comfortable.

1. The shower rose kept falling off its bracket when we tried to move it. 2. The soap dish (attached to the wall) was almost falling off and wouldn't hold anything. 3. Tiles were slippery and there was no non-.slip matting for people with disabilities. 4. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put our toiletries on, so we had to take a chair into the bathroom. 5. Couldn't watch any TV as there were no instructions on how to. We rang the manager/owner who told us there was an instruction book under the set top box. We are 68 & 71 and it was so complicated to read and understand, that we gave up. 6. Description on Booking.com site quoted a garden view, which was actually some grass and native trees. 7. It also mentioned in the description that there was a tea/coffee maker (as well as a kettle), but there was NO tea/coffee maker. 8. It also said there was a patio......all there was, was a small table with 2 chairs sat on a few laid bricks. 9. It mentions a wardrobe/closet which there is BUT there are only 4 coat hangers in the main bedroom closet and nothing in the 2nd bedroom, meaning if there are 4 guests, most have nowhere to hang their clothes. 10. We couldn't sit up in bed because the beds were on wheels, so everything I went to sit upright, the bed moved away from the wall causing the pillows to fall down the back of the bed.
