I stayed for 3 nights. Good location 15' walk to train station (Estació del Nord) and main shopping area. Was easy to check in, getting the keys from a lock box. Clean studio, was quiet during the night. Neighbourhood with locals, restaurants and bars close by. Shower had very good pressure and hot water all day.
There's no one to help if you need something. I had an issue in my shower, I messaged through Booking and WhatsApp, but no one did anything about it.
Pillows were so hard, I wanted to ask for a softer one but again no one to speak to.

Very livable room with most necessities in it. Good kitchenette with all the dishes and coffee machine. Good size fridge. The bed is comfortable. The beddings are nice and clean. Pristine bathroom. Good water pressure in a shower.
I wouldn’t mind having an extra towels. Also more drawers for the clothes wouldn’t hurt.

Very good location: near Metro and many buses lines. Rufaza is a central neirbor with many places to eat and drink. Markets and close to the hostal and convenient to buy thinks to prepare by yourself using the small (but functional) kitchen.
The plumbing installations need to be revised anf fixed. The smell somethings is not good and the water in the bath isn’t flow well.
