The location was fantastic. So central, yet so quiet. We liaised with Christine from Murray Stays who was so helpful when we discovered various issues. 3 fans delivered super quickly and a new microwave to replace one that wasn't working. Plus a refund for being given an apartment that I hadn't booked.

This property wasn't the actual one that I had booked. There was an error made by the property owners who put us in the downstairs apartment which was quite different to the apartment I had booked. There was a heatwave during our time in London, and only one bedroom with opening windows, plus the front door, so very little ventilation at all. Also two of the bedrooms had glass ceilings with poor curtains, making the rooms extremely bright during summer mornings. Not ideal for two teenagers who were trying to get over jet lag. The bed in the master bedroom was hard. Overall this property wasn't worth the money we paid. It needs some work to improve overall comfort and to add more ventilation and window coverings.
