The property was very stylish, clean and spacious. I loved how the parking was so easy, and the apartment was ideally located - a very short drive into Reykjavik, but also very easy to get onto the main routes out to visit the sites.

The apartment was easy to find, and the host met us in person to hand over the keys, which made arrival smooth and welcoming. Because the host lives in the apartment at least part‑time, the space feels cozy and inviting without ever feeling lived‑in. Everything was very clean, and the large windows brought in plenty of natural light throughout the day. We appreciated having parking lots around the building, and all the essentials (soap, toilet rolls, etc.) were fully stocked. Communication with the host was excellent, and being on the ground floor made access simple with no stairs or elevators to worry about.

The only very very minor issue was that the bedroom curtains were not fully blackout, which could be a small inconvenience during Iceland’s long summer days. Otherwise, everything was great.

We loved every thing. We did need to plan for taxis to downtown.

Easy to find, close to grocery store, petrol/gas pump and easy free parking. The apartment is beautifully appointed with our top needs, a washer and dryer and a bedroom fan!!! We slept the best these two nights out of the whole hot Iceland summer trip! The apartment is close enough to downtown and far enough for a suburban quiet neighborhood. Very easy to communicate with our host! Absolutely loved the outdoor enclosed patio to relax on!
