The location is perfect, the rooms are big enough and the staff is the best, very friendly and helpful!!

Very good location as it near to food establishment and cafe. Complimentary breakfast and they ask you about your bed preference.
No elevator which is so hard to lift the luggage as stairs is quiet steep. Use of shower to freshen you up is not allowed if you arrived very early (I came from overnight ride from Sapa), 1 toilet in the 4th floor and when I arrived there is an interruption of water supplies. Location is great but if you up to be near in Hoan Kiem Lake area it is 15 minutes walk from here.

Great Location, friendly & helpful staff and quiet atmosphere.
Humidity and mold definitely are an issue, though, if you are not staying there indefinitely, it’s ok for the price.

The hostel is located in a good location and they have 24 hour check in.
The beds aren’t comfy. As someone who tosses and turns in their sleep, the beds will creak. I was on the top bunk and when the person on the lower bunk would move I would feel it. I didn’t get much sleep in all honesty. Also I would not say it’s the cleanest hostel ever. The bed sheets were clean but that seems to be the only thing cleaned in the hostel.
