I like the location especially when joining tours, I am always in the walking distance to the meeting place. The place is clean and the owner was quick replying to messages.
At the time of my stay, the water was cut off several times due to ongoing construction in Rustaveli. What I do not like was that I was asked to fix the issue instead of fixing it themselves. The owner wants to give me instructions how to turn on the water supply which is outside my unit. Also, the automatic light turns off even before I can open the apartment door so ended up opening my door in the dark.

Everything looks as in the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Room was prepared as booked - with two separate beds. It’s nice that there is a small fridge and kitchen area. Clear and fast communication from the owner.
We had a neighbours who were talking loud and smoking a lot on the balcony next doors, so we couldn’t open the windows, and go to the beds early after the long day. Luckily, it was calm after 11pm.
House is a little bit old, but it’s very nice inside the apartment.

"Es ist genauso wie dargestellt. Das Zimmer war recht neu und alles in Allem in gutem bis sehr guten Zustand. Zu Fuß kommt man Zügig in die Innenstadt. Es war alles sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühl..."
