Fabio and Federica were available anytime we needed them. Any issues were resolved immediately. The porch was very spacious with a large table. There was also a wash tub and laundry. Loved that they had two bathrooms. Kitchen was big and well equipped. AC worked well. They had beach umbrellas and a couple of beach chairs. Parking is not included but Federica gave us a street pass and there is a free spot in front of the apartment. Parking was never an issue.
Would suggest upgrading the frames for the single beds.
