L'emplacement, facile accès, le quartier agréable.
La cuisine très bien équipée juste petit bémol.., pour faire un petit plat il faut faire un tetris manque un peu d'espace

Comfy, updated space and amenities. Amazing location. Not too loud. There's a lot of vintage shops around and good food everywhere!
Check in is not until 4 PM! Borderline robbery. If you can't have rooms ready at a reasonable time, then hire more staff. I requested early check in twice (2pm, then 1pm) and got the same automated message back. The guy at the record shop was very kind, though you have to pay to store your luggage and be back before he closes up.
The AC is building controlled so my room was a bit hot and the only fan is the bathroom ceiling fan and microwave fan.
This is also a "do your own dishes/put things away" accommodation - which I always find irritating but especially so with such a late check in time.
