Very clean and spacious room. The property is in a peaceful location looking out over the river and mountains and is ideally situated for early morning flights being just a few km from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and prepared a good breakfast.

The host was friendly. The rooms were clean. Washrooms were nice and clean. It is nothing less than an expensive hotel but In a good price. They do have a menu. It is close to airport so it is easier to settle in and later catch flight back. They also provide traveling packages with their own cars.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the location was great for exploring Skardu. A special shout-out to Shabbir, who picked us up from the airport and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He put together a sightseeing itinerary for us, took us to the different attractions and shared lots of interesting information about the local area. He was always happy to answer our questions and recommended some lovely local restaurants, particularly Rafsal, which we really enjoyed. His local knowledge and hospitality made a real difference to our trip, and we really appreciated all his help. It was lovely to stay somewhere family-run where the staff genuinely cared about their guests.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable, and mobile network coverage was also limited, which made it difficult to stay connected at times. Water pressure on the upper floors was quite low, making showering a little inconvenient. Addressing these points would make the stay more comfortable for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at North Field Resorts, Skardu, during the 3rd week of September and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Skardu. The owner, Shabeer, is a young and genuinely hospitable person who goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. From the moment we arrived, he was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is new, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff are equally warm, courteous, and helpful. One thing I particularly appreciated was the flexibility with breakfast. They prepared it according to our preferences, which made the stay feel much more personal. They also helped arrange a vehicle for our Deosai visit, making our trip much easier and more convenient. Its always great to come across a young owner who is putting so much effort into building a quality hospitality experience. With the cleanliness, personal attention, friendly staff, and willingness to help, North Field Resorts is definitely a place I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Skardu. Hotel is a bit away from the main city but extremely close to the airport. People who arrive Skardu through airport will find the location as great. Would recommend people to not stay inside the city as its crowded and would recommend staying in nearby areas.
