房东很友善体贴。 住宿很干净，宽敞舒适。 非常推荐大家庭。🩷

Location of the apartment is really great - all kinds of food to choose and MRT nearby. The beds in the apartment are all queen size and comfortable. I like that this place has enough kitchen utensils to use and the water filter to drink water directly. Overall space is spacious and cosy. It's really nice to have aircond is every space/room as the weather was really hot when we were there. Host was really friendly, helpful and responsive.

The master bedroom toilet wasn't working after a couple of use, no pump provided, so husband just have to use his skills to try to declog it everytime. It's not just this unit, we have stayed here before and it seems to be a common problem with all units in Sunway Nexis - the toilet bowl and the water drainage in the shower area. This unit was better than others in the drainage. My request would be to please provide some hand towels and smaller dustbin for the bathrooms :) There's only 1 big dustbin in the kitchen area.

It's 2 room unit, so convenient for our gathering/reunion.

We booked and paid for the unit with whatever info they wanted? Before moving in, the staff asked "Btw may I know are you renting this place for party?" which is really rude. We checked in on 3.10.26 at 2pm. We received all the information including check out info. At 830pm received checked out info AGAIN, which is not proper. We are well aware of all the rules, but if they really wants to send, could hv sent today (4.10.26) morning around 10am. The outside bathroom outflow water is slow and water was stagnant for sometime. Toilet bidet was leaking. The attached bathroom toilet flushing system is slow.... The microwave was dirty and the refrigerator freezer was frozen till couldn't open it.
