The location is perfect, nice interior and style, fresh colours. Hairdresser and iron were really in use.

The response of the owner is a bit slow. The needed information comes at the last minute. We had to take and bring back the key from a different location which is a bit far and it's not that easy when you have to walk with all luggage. There were not WiFi. More towels for the bathroom and some for the kitchen are needed for the whole stay. Cleaning can be better also. There were spider nets on the lamps and a lot of dust around the corners. The windows and the curtains were in very bad condition. The sofa and the rug in the living room, as well as the walls in the bedroom, had stains which could be removed or cleaned. It would be good if there were at least one Europe/UK adaptor for the European guests.

Pieno centro di Londra, vicino ai bus e a 10 minuti dalla metro. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla. L'appartamento è tenuto molto bene e dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, tranne che per la mancanza del wfi. Ho potuto facilmente regolare il termostato. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La seconda camera, al di là dell'essere minuscola, non ha finestre. No WFI. Odore di fogne proveniente dal bagno che man mano è andato via. E' un pian terreno e le finestre non si possono aprire.

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The apartment was generally clean and the bed was comfortable

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. Even after my payment had been confirmed, the host continued requesting highly sensitive personal information before revealing where the keys could be collected. The keys were in a convenience store about 10–15 minutes’ walk from the property, making check-in inconvenient. In addition, the apartment had a strong damp and musty smell throughout the stay.
