Location was very good. Apartment was very comfortable. Host responded fast for any queries.
Shower controls. Not enough towels.
Host said that we can check in half an hour early, but we got the key five minutes late.

The condo is so cute and very comfortable. It has all of the amenities that you need & the location is great. It’s clear that the host has put a lot of effort into making it a nice place to stay, and they are very helpful and communicative.

The place was really comfortable and clean. It has an elevator, and the location is perfect for going anywhere. The hot water works great, and I loved that the balcony had a washing machine, a drying rack, and plenty of hangers—it was so convenient!
One small thing is that the digital door lock is a bit loud when closing from the outside. The neighbor once came to complain about the noise, but after I kindly explained the situation, she was understanding.
The host was extremely kind and very responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience in Chiang Mai!
