Horrendous and disgusting condition in the apartment, terrible service from the host. Do not stay.

Absolutely nothing. This was the absolute worst apartment, host and customer service I have ever encountered in my life. There were no positives. Do not book this apartment and stay well away. DO NOT BOOK!

Firstly, the address was incorrect on Booking.com which made it very challenging for the taxi driver to locate it. The building is actually number 356, not 366 as per the website information. Toilet paper was not supplied, the towels and bedding were hung up and still wet out the way in the utility room, were of poor quality and not made up for us. The ceiling in the main bathroom was mouldy and could have fallen in at any moment as parts of it had begun to drop onto the top of the toilet and surrounding area, making it wet. This apartment was therefore unsafe and uninhabiatable as the ceiling was unsafe and could have fallen in at any time. The condition of the pillows, bedding and mattresses were absolutely disgusting, yellow and stained. The bed linen was well worn. The curtains in the main living room had several tears in them. The air conditioning unit tubing was filthy. The photos on the website were entirely deceiving and were the complete opposite of what we encountered. It portrayed the apartment as clean and welcoming, it was absolutely not. The images are completely unrepresentative of the apartment. Izi Stays's customer service was terrible in dealing with our situation and helping us. It took us many weeks to receive a refund. They did not show sufficient care or concern for us, they took our money and then did not want to help us sufficiently. Many hours were spent communicating with them. If you are considering booking here, don't. Izi Stays said they would provide a cleaner to resolve the issues, the cleaner never came and the toiletries we did not have were not supplied. This apartment should never have been allowed to be advertised on Booking.com.
