Close to shops
Picking up keys from a different address. Communication from hosts was useless. First there was an email almost accusing me of booking for one person but secretly having others staying there. I requested an earlier book in time a couple of times via the app and didn’t get an answer. Instructions in the car park need to be updated. I could only see two lifts, neither had a letter of the alphabet or number on them.

Great location and good 1BR apartment for couples.
All facilities within the apartment were fine and worked well.
Instructions to entrance of the apartment need to be better. Got lost from car park to lift and then to the apartment. Called the service team and they couldn’t assist. Ended up talking to a lady who walked by to assist with getting on a lift to go to the apartment.
