Overall, a good place for those coming to Sungai Lembing for nature; especially that the Panorama Hill is just around the corner from Pollock. Pollock provides basic facilities with good hot shower and good functioning air conditioner; the most important things to us. Of course, it is also near to the main street; it's convenient.
Nothing to complaint about, given the price; but perhaps a bit bigger room with a desk and a small pantry will be more comfortable to the three of us.

Bed and pillows were comfy, Aircon works and its cooling. The cleaner guy cleaned up the room and let us in because it was vacant, we checked in earlier.. very grateful and lucky
Phone signals are weak here. Wish they gave clearer instructions to login to their wifi, I couldnt get any access during my stay

Air conditioner was not cold enough. Late in attending to fix a bulb lighting that was flickering in my room when I discovered upon checking in.
