I loved the apartment and location, it was perfect.
I didn't like the fact that we couldn't get in to the apartment because the previous guest did not put the keys back in the key safe so we had to sleep in the stairwell because we got there via a late flight and there were no other hotels available.
That was quite unpleasant but it was what it was. Perhaps the owner should get the cleaners to make sure that the keys are locked back in the key safe/box, it shouldn't be for the guest to do that because you can't guarantee they will!
We were on the top floor and there was not lifts in the building but hey it got me a bit fitter!
