We loved the location and the apartment itself. The location was exceptional and we were able to walk to most locations. We would stay in the city again but not this location.
The lack of communication and urgency to meet our needs. We had no car and nowhere to go with our luggage and our contact had no where for us to drop our stuff and made it very difficult to enjoy the day with all of our belongings with us all day. We landed at 11:30am and weren't able to check in until 4pm.

It was really confortable and the location is good!
The only issue was that the Wi-Fi network didn't work very well; the connection I was given only worked properly on the night before we left. I was given access to other networks too, but none of them worked 😞. I also wanted to do laundry, but the washing machine didn't work either 😞. The owner stayed in touch with me, but the issue couldn't be resolved before I left.

Good parking and location
Access arrangements were poor. Holding onto a deposit of $250 from date of booking to over two weeks after checking out of the property (4 months) would deter me from making a re-booking
