The staff (lady) was very friendly and we had moments of communicating during my stay. She ensured that I was catered for with regards to everything which I needed. She absolutely is good at her job
Water was cold today when I wanted to take a bath. Booking stated that there is free breakfast for Geniuses however I was told that advertisement is misleading and the housekeeper knew nothing about that. The accommodation didn't state that it is a shared bathroom which it is and there's multiple rooms inside. There is no coffee, tea or sugar available for the guests. This accommodation could definitely do better especially considering that it looks presentable on the pictures.
