Las vistas, la insonorización y lo luminoso que es. El apartamento estaba coqueto. La cama grande y cómoda.

La TV tiene la fuente de color rota, se ve mal. La nevera no tiene congelador, en una zona de playa es necesaria. La habitación algo justa. Faltaba menaje de cocina. Aparcamiento de locos en temporada alta.

LOCATION: Excellent, shops and restaurants within a 5 min walk. 10 min walk to beach and 20 to marina. Taxi back is €7 and worth it if you don't want to climb a steep hill. Bedroom: While small the bed is very comfortable and the ceiling fan was great in the heat. Kitchen: Has everything you need including microwave and kettle. Bathroom; Stylish and the shower is amazing. Contact with the owner was very easy. Check in and out very simple. The pool was fabulous.

Kitchen doors could do with knobs to make them easier to open. Would have liked a freezer to keep ice. Couldn't get the TV to work but was fine as we were out and about.

El apartamento nuevo y moderno. Buenas vistas, era un décimo. Silencoso. Con piscina y relativamente cerca de la playa y os recomiendo comer restaurante Lucena.

Al llegar, en la habitación había mal olor y nos dimos cuenta de que el colchón estaba lleno de manchas que hacía que hasta las sabanas olieran a humedad.Tiene un ventilador de techo que estaba sucio y con pelusas. Cajonera de plástico rota. También al abrir el sofá cama había hasta un pañal de bebé, arena y pelusas. Tras comunicarlo con la anfitriona nos mandó al día siguiente a alguien para limpiar. Todo quedó limpio como debería haber sido desde el primer momento. Toallas para dos y éramos tres. Cajonera canapé dormitorio todo revuelto de ropa de cama y sucia. La cocina escaso de utensilios y sin tostadora. El televisor sin señal, mediante WiFi y nada. El baño con esas luces que molestan bastante en la placa ducha y turbina sin parar. Es un apartamento para dos y como mucho un niño. Está bastante descuidado.

It was near to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. The train station was also nearby. The view was beautiful. The apartment was clean but there were a few things wrong with it.

Not getting into the apartment for over an hour and 45 minutes. Arrived at the key safe at 21:20 and finally got into the apartment at 22:43 The host wouldn't answer my calls to her but would reply via Booking.com Never gave us the apartment number until 22:38 We then had to search both blocks to try and find the apartment. Eventually she gave me the apartment number. Wasn't helpful when the bathroom and bedroom got flooded, just told us to reduce the shower pressure and use the lower shower. {The photos below are after we started to mop up the water} Thought I was being helpful by not risking the lower apartments to water damage as we were on the 10th floor! Despite following her instructions the water still came out onto the bathroom floor and we had to roll up a towel to stop it running out into the hall and bedroom again. The iron flex was damaged and there was a melted cooking spatula. The dishwasher was the only door that had a handle so we had to grab the bottom of the lower doors to open them. There was left over opened coffee boxes and a jar of rice obviously from previous guests. When we looked for more towels to dry up the flooded floors they were screwed up and thrown into the drawers under the bed.
