This was our second stay at the Annexe this year as we find it an ideal base for both business and leisure. It’s well located, spotlessly clean and has every amenity that you could need. It is also ideal for my dog as it has an enclosed rear garden.
There is nothing I don’t like about the Annexe. I can’t fault it at all.

Everything was fine - clean, comfortable, quiet.
There was no breakfast. I had difficuly finding the property because my satnav directed us wrongly.

Beautiful place to stay. Spotlessly clean with attention to detail. Everything we needed, iron, ironing board, milk and water in the fridge, chocs too. Lovely garden area and very informative book. Comfy bed. Places to eat in walking distance. A very pretty village. Michelle was very nice to deal with too.
It was perfect

This place is a real gem: super cosy, very comfortable, nicely built / renovated, maintained with care, and super clean. It is right in beautiful Long Melford, we used it as the ideal base to discover Long Melford, Lavenham and the Stour Valley, as well as Bury St Edmunds.
