Close to public transport is a bonus
Cleanliness
Close to where a relative lives
Price is a little higher than Melbourne City appartments with same facilities considering where it is located.
Front garden had rubbish and not well cared for guessing that’s a body corporate issue to be addressed.

Great location with everything needed to stay a few days. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There was water in the fridge and a few coffee pods to start the stay off comfortably. The location was pretty quiet.
The blinds in the bedroom let in a lot of light during the night - mostly because the next door apartments had bright lights on all night. A few more coffee pods for a longer stay would have been a nice touch.

Clean well equipped. Nice and warm at night.
Someone parked a large car in the bay 6 parking spot which crept into the bay 7 spot, and I couldn't fit my small car (VW golf) into the bay 7;spot. Made worse when someone parked a large car in the bay 8 spot which crept over into the bay 7 spot. If you don't have a car then this wouldn't matter. Had to park on the street which had time limits.
