Great service and a very clean property

A few things could be improved: - no slippers to walk around in - rubbish bins didn’t have plastic in them - no vent in the bathroom and no windows

Really nice and comfortable modern villa in a peaceful location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also great little cafe next door if you want to eat close by.

The Villa was beautiful. Well furnished and decorated nicely. The aircon was amazing and kept the room very cool. Perfect WiFi. The staff were lovely and helped arrange a surprise for my partners birthday at a cost. Towards the end of our stay a lizard made its way into our villa and pool. The staff were very quick to help us out and catch it!

Our first major issue isn’t necessarily at fault of the villa it may be ours. But it is the location. For other tenants to be aware of. It is very far from the centre of Ubud. It was incredibly hard to find drivers willing to pick us up/ take us back to the villa because of how far away it was. We would have to tip them heavily. Which was quite frustrating to access the convenience stores we wanted for water and food throughout our stay. Which we inevitably gave up with shopping/activities/dinners. The villa itself is quite beautiful but there were a few issues with cleanliness. Visable Staining on towels, bedding, lounge areas. Clumps of hair stuck to the shower wall and floor. In regards to breakfast, it was always served well presented and on time. My partner enjoyed the food he tried. Although I myself fell quite ill from the poached eggs, In the end having to cut our trip short.
