This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound, Providenciales. It is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family fun-filled vacation for up to six guests. It is just 2 minutes away from Sapodilla Beach and 15 minutes from the famous, award-winning Grace Bay Beach, both with their magnificent white, sandy beach and turquoise waters.
We have just added a swimming pool to the property
Exhale provides an exclusive sanctuary for vacationers wishing to escape the hustle and bustle. It is beautifully designed and tastefully decorated with a rental space of approximately 2500 square feet and includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two patios from which you can enjoy the picturesque views while sipping a cup of coffee, a glass of your favourite liquor, or enjoying your sumptuous meals.
Each of the second-level bedrooms has queen-sized beds and vaulted ceilings. The first level bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and a crib and there is a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room making Exhale Villa a great option for family or friends traveling together.
The Villa sits on ½ acre of land that is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill center. Imagine eating fresh catch from the grill after a long day of relaxing, sunbathing, and sipping on tropical fruit cocktails.
Amenities include a swimming pool, fire pit, exercise room, sunbathing and lounging deck, fully air-conditioned bedrooms and inside common areas, laundry facilities, dishwasher, cable television, fully equipped kitchen, towels, and bedding.

The house was perfect for our family needs. The pool was a life saver since it was too windy (small craft advisory) to go to the beaches other than Sapodilla and Taylor the first 5 days of our vacation. I contacted the host and received a quick response. We only did one load of laundry and all was fine. We followed the rules and took out the garbage, turned lights off, ran the dishwasher, unplugged appliances and locked all doors upon departure at 9:45 am.

I have stayed at a few houses on the beach in Turks. This area is beautiful and close to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla. I chose this house b/c of the 3 bedroom with en suite and has a pool, view and beach access. The house was clean, pool nice and great view. I had a few small issues. Had reached out to Wesley several times asking where beach access was and took from Sun to Wed to reply. Not good at all… By then we were basically leaving the island. The grill is charcoal only and there wasn’t any charcoal so we didn’t BBQ at all. The fire pit had gas but wouldn’t ignite. All 3 sliders or screen doors downstairs to pool were broken and hard to use. The doors upstairs from bedrooms to balcony were so hard to open. I didn’t use that outdoor space at all. There is a spiral staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. Was a bit scary to go up and down as it didn’t feel that secure and was a bit scary bringing up any luggage. There is laundry and plenty of towels and coolers and beach chairs. The power went out across the island and so did the water with it. We had to use our phones for light as we didn’t know if there were flashlights or candles. All in all, I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house.

We really enjoyed the house and location, but there were definitely some shortcomings. Cons: The pool was completely green and full of algae upon arrival, the pool guy came to treat it but it wasn’t usable for a couple days. The gas BBQ in the pictures is inoperable, you have to use a separate charcoal grill. I asked a question and messaged the host and texted the phone number in the manual and never got a response during the 6 days I was there.Pros: Location felt safe and it was quiet with a beautiful view. Beds, pillows, and linens were super comfortable. Nice amount of outdoor seating. House was clean.If the host was responsive and the pool was clean I would have given 5 stars, but those two things really did take away from our experience.
