A true feel of Tuscany on the property beginning at the front door. 16' Travertine Dining Island and Professional Kitchen. Seats 14. Wolf Oven / 48” Induction Cooktop. Pickleball /Snowshoe or Cross-Country on the property in Winter. Relax in Spa/Hot Tub /Theatre Room. Prepare meals in professional indoor or outdoor kitchens. The daily rental rate is weekday/weekend driven. HighSeason and Holiday weekends may require 3-4 night minimums respectively. Housekeeping is 275 plus a 500 refundable security deposit.

We had a great weekend at the house and really enjoyed spending time there with friends. The property itself is very unique, and the views were excellent.One thing future guests may want to be aware of is that we visited in mid-June, and when we arrived the temperature inside the house was around 84F. It did cool down overnight, but we ended up purchasing a few additional fans to stay comfortable. Some fans were provided, which we appreciated, but it may be helpful to mention the summer temperature conditions or the lack of AC in the listing so guests can plan accordingly. The house has plenty to do, and we loved all it had to offer (the Pickleball court was a particularly fun highlight). A few of the amenities could use some maintenance or updating. For example, only a small portion of the grill was functioning during our visit. Additionally, it would've been nice to have an accessible linen closet with extra bedding.The location is another strong point—it's close to downtown, has beautiful views, and made for a very enjoyable weekend. We also visited Chicken Run nearby, and highly recommend it.Overall, this is a great house with a lot of character, especially for groups looking to enjoy the property and surrounding area. Our only hesitation would be booking during the warmer summer months, given the indoor temperatures we experienced.

Great location. Amazing house and property. Kitchen was well equipped and perfect for seating a large family. Manager, Alan, couldn’t have more accommodating and friendly. Great place to stay !
