• This 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is a professionally decorated non-smoking unit. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances There is also a full sized washer/dryer unit.
• The condo has a combined dining and living area with modern contemporary furnishings. There is a beautiful private covered patio with outdoor dining for six.. This patio walks out to the pool.
• The master bedroom has an en suite bath with marble countertop, a 45” LED TV with cable TV service, Netfix, Disney and Prime.
• The guest bedroom has large closets with a dresser. The adjoining guest bathroom is modern with a walk in shower and floating vanity.
• Each bedroom has air conditioning and two single beds - (the unit sleeps four adults in total). All linens are provided including beach towels.
• The unit has High speed internet connection, a land line phone for FREE local calls.
This is a ground floor condo with walk out to the pool and the lush tropical gardens. Margate Gardens is located across the road from the boardwalk and turquoise beach and is next door to the Lanterns Mall which has a bank, convenience store, pharmacy, boutiques and a food court, including Subway. Margate is also minutes away on foot from popular restaurants that offer Sushi, Mexican, Greek, Italian, Grilled Fish, Chinese, Tapas, Syrian and other International cuisines. In addition, the lively entertainment district called St. Lawrence Gap is only 4 minutes by car.
Bridgetown 'the city' is only 10 minutes away by car and public transportation is accessible right outside Margate. The Barbados Golf Course is on the way to the international airport which is only 20 minutes away.

The apartment was spacious & location very good. Pool area great. The host was easy contactable & replied very swiftly. Would definitely book again.

First the positives, Super nice apartment and perfect location. When we arrived we met an older gentleman who showed us directly where the apartment was, a few days later he came and invited us to the area's Christmas party with food, drinks and live music, it was really nice. Then to the more negatives. The first evening just before 8pm when we were going to swim in the pool with some relatives and friends with younger children who were also renting an apartment in the area, a lady came and scolded us for being too loud at the pool and disturbing her. But it says that the pool is open 24/7. Then all of a sudden a message came from the landlord that we had to make sure that the blankets on the sofa had to cover the entire sofa. Then another message came that the children were not allowed to play with the animals in the garden, and they didn't play with them but just looked at them. A caretaker even came and showed one in his hand. You actually felt a bit watched and couldn't really relax. We were only adults staying in the apartment but the relatives with younger children were with us a lot because we lived on the ground floor. So I can't recommend that a family with children rent this apartment even though there is no age limit on children.

The host was always available to message and we got quick replies.We had no problems with checking in.Everything we needed to know was sent pre check-in.Area is great for beach,bars,restaurants and shopping.The complex is quiet and relaxing.
