The recently renovated tri-level condo offers more than 1,400 sq. ft. of space and accommodates up to 7 guests. Spend your days exploring the lake, Village or nearby ski resorts, then come home to relax by the gas fireplace or enjoy sunset views from the deck.
LIVING SPACE
Gather in the spacious living room with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, dining area, bar seating and a cozy gas fireplace. Large windows and easy access to the deck let you enjoy the lake and mountain setting throughout your stay.

• Primary bedroom – King bed, Smart TV, private bathroom + balcony
• Second bedroom – Queen/Twin bunk bed + Smart TV
• Living room – Sleeper sofa

• Maximum occupancy – 7 guests, with no more than 6 adults

The fully equipped kitchen features Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes and more.

Step onto the deck to enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset views over Big Bear Lake. Dine outside, fire up the propane BBQ or simply relax and take in the mountain scenery.

It was nice and quiet for the most part. Spectacular view, especially for fireworks. Easy walk to village. There could have been better cleaning floors and balconies).

It was nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the lake, but the decks were so filthy, full of bird poop and spider webs, especially the upstairs balcony. It hasn't been cleaned in years! The condo was very nice though and very big! They could use an upgrade on kitchen ware, like bowls (couldn't find any), and utensils. And there was only one sofa for 3 people. They need to add another sofa or 2 living room chairs. So we thought that was odd, since it sleeps 5.
