Guests have private beach access just steps away and the convenience of an on-site elevator for easy transport of luggage and beach gear. The fully redesigned kitchen features luxury surfaces and stainless-steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home. Ideal for two couples or small families, the space offers comfort and functionality throughout.
Primary bedroom offers a large suite with a king bed, twin daybed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private ensuite bathroom with sliding glass door shower, and private balcony access. Second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bunk bed. Hall bathroom features a sliding glass door shower. The living room offers a plush leather sectional with recliners, smart TV, and sliding glass door access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and luxury surfaces. Enjoy a private balcony with partial ocean views, accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 3 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use
July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

This was a nice, spacious condo for our girls trip. Close to the beach with nice quality beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and other items provided in the condo. We got a lot of use from the ice maker (in the refrigerator) as well! Indoor parking was nice, with the high temperatures. As others have mentioned, the bird sanctuary was a fun addition to the view but sometimes smelly (mostly in the garage), but it was too hot to sit outside anyway. The location was a quick drive to restaurants, shopping and excursions. The beach was clean and never crowded, which was a plus as well.

Everything was a smooth process, and just like the pictures, very comfortable and clean. The beach is gorgeous

Had a nice stay at Beach Cottages-1404. Unit was nice - had modern new flooring throughout and completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Had 3 large TVs and beds were very comfortable!! Some of the furniture was dated - especially the deck furniture but it was functional.
Beach is absolutely beautiful. Did not use the pool but it looked nice and was heated,
Only complaint which is beyond anyone’s control is the smell and noise from bird sanctuary next door. Our balcony over looked it and at times the smell was so strong we had to move inside. We did go out and buy air fresheners and candles to try to mask the smell but they did not really help.
If I was going to return to Beach Cottages I would get a unit on the other side of the building or facing the beach to avoid the noise & smell from the birds.

Very clean, beds were a little uncomfortable and the sectional was a little old and could use some newer furniture. Outside of that, the condo was very clean and bathrooms were updated. Would definitely recommend for the price and location.
