VILLA OLIVIA is a charming and spacious Villa located in a central and strategic location in Lucca in the district of San Concordio, a 5 mins walking distance from the main attractions and sites of Lucca as well as from the train station and shops. The Villa comes with private fenced parking and private garden a lovely relaxing outdoor fully furnished with sunbeds, loungers and sofas for chilling aperitifs and BBQ to grill some meat to accompain your glass of wine! The Villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The interiors have been renovated in late 2018 featuring quality mattresses and furniture. Bikes with lockers provided. The locations is unbeatable: The Villa is located in a 3 mins walking distance from several groceries, many shops, bars and a supermarket as well as in a 5 mins walk away from the Walls and Porta San Pietro and just 7 mins walk away from the train station of Lucca. There you can be in the city centre of Lucca with all the comfort of having your car available securely parked for free inside the property.

Home is lovely and spacious and is the perfect place to unwind and relax after encountering the crowds and heat inside the walls of Lucca. Complimentary bicycles make it easy and fun to explore both inside and outside (and on top of) the walls of Lucca.

We stayed in this place in Lucca for two weeks while we did day trips with my family. It was great! A word to light sleepers: the owner’s dogs (who lived below) were out most nights and barked at night. We let the property manager know but the barking continued. We eventually got used to it because we didn’t want to inconvenience them by asking again and loved our stay but not ideal in the first days of jet lag.

Villa Olivia in Lucca is just as advertised; perhaps even better than advertised. Easy communications with property manager, and check in process was very smooth (thank you Monica and Mafalda). Short walk (5-10 minutes) to Lucca wall. Lucca itself was spectacular. Great shops, great food, great people.

Our family of 4 had a truly marvellous time in Lucca. The property was very handily located. We flew to Pisa and the drive to the property was very straight forward.
Whilst staying in the apartment we all found it very comfortable and just as described and shown in the photographs.
Walking into the old town of Lucca took about 10 minutes as did the walk to the station.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment and Lucca.
