Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
Welcome to this beautiful family-friendly waterfront home in the Sand Hills neighborhood of Scituate. This 4-bedroom, 1.75-bath beach house is set on a privately owned beach and offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Minot’s Ledge Light.
This spacious waterfront home comfortably accommodates families and groups with four well-appointed bedrooms. The open-concept living area offers sweeping ocean views and direct access to the screened-in porch and wraparound deck, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor coastal retreat. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the cookware and essentials needed for your stay, along with the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.
Sleeping Arrangements
* Bedroom 1 (Oceanfront): 1 Queen Bed
* Bedroom 2 (Oceanfront): 1 Queen Bed
* Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed
* Bedroom 4: 1 Twin-over-Double Bunk Bed
Enjoy direct beach access, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day in the sand, and plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. The open-concept living area features incredible ocean views and opens to a screened-in porch and wraparound deck — perfect for taking in the coastal scenery.
The home also offers indoor and outdoor dining for up to 10 guests, along with a comfortable outdoor sectional for gathering and unwinding by the water.
After a day at the beach, gather with family and friends around the outdoor fire pit and enjoy peaceful evenings overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
We do our best to maintain the furniture in the three seasons porch area; however, unpredicted weather and ocean mist can dampen the cushions/rug so we just want to be fully transparent with guests on the matter!
Amenities:
-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!
-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.
-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. The location was great — peaceful and private while still being close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions (15 min drive). We especially loved spending mornings with coffee outside on the covered porch. The host was exceptional: responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to making guests feel at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable getaway!

The house was fantastic. The hosts were exceptional and very accommodating. My family had a great vacation right on the water. Great to see and hear the waves. All of the appliances worked great. Scituate is a nice coastal town.

Our whole family loved our stay at this waterfront home! The listing information is accurate, except the pictures don't do it justice. The inside is newer than it looks and well kept. We appreciated having kayaks on site and enjoyed them very much. The manager and owner were very responsive and available. We would definitely stay here again!
