Whole property - 140sqm
This is a wonderful, spacious, traditional seaside townhouse, built at a time when wealthy Edinburgh families also bought a house by the sea in order to cool off on those hot summer days.
Laid out over 3 floors, the wide staircases are a feature, particularly the winding staircase between the first and second floors (note; they're a bit too wide for standard stair gates, so may not be ideal for young children). The Living Room is positioned on the first floor, as was the norm for the time, with 3 large windows that let the light stream in. From the top floor there are views over the roof tops to Arthur's Seat from the front and across the Firth of Forth to Fife at the rear.
The house offers 4 bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, a WC on each floor, full gas central heating, high pressure hot water system, Primary Bedroom with ensuite, WiFi, Smart TV, travel cot, high chair, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, linen and towels. Hopefully everything you need!

The property was as advertised and very well equipped in the kitchen. The host responded quickly to any message and kindly accommodated our early check in request. The outside space was a lovely little suntrap which we made full use of and the property was literally minutes from the beach. The walk along the shore to Musselburgh and back was lovely on a warm, sunny day. Access to Central Edinburgh by bus or taxi was easy. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this property! Not only was it clean and beautiful, but its location lent itself to a quick walk to morning coffee or afternoon local pizza, and a bus stop to get into town. Thank you, Patrick, for an amazing stay and consistent communication!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and shops.
