The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, tableware, and essential appliances, including an oven and a fridge with a freezer. The town is very international, with residents and visitors from many countries, especially from Northern Europe and the UK. This gives Fuengirola a cosmopolitan feel where different cultures mix, but it still keeps a strong Andalusian character and local traditions.



One of the advantages of Fuengirola is that it is compact and easy to get around. The beach, shops, restaurants, and train station are often within walking distance, and there is a direct train connection to Málaga city and Málaga Airport in under 45 minutes.



The atmosphere is generally friendly and active. During the day, people enjoy the beaches, promenade, and outdoor cafés, while in the evening the town becomes lively with bars, restaurants, and nightlife. It is also considered a family-friendly destination, with parks, attractions, and activities for all ages.



Getting Around:

You can walk to most places in Fuengirola. The beach, restaurants, shops, and the promenade are usually within 10–15 minutes, depending on the exact route. The city is compact and pedestrian-friendly, which makes walking one of the easiest ways to explore.



For train travel, the Fuengirola train station is nearby. From there, you can take the C1 commuter train to places such as Los Boliches, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Málaga Airport, and Málaga city. The journey to Málaga takes about 45–50 minutes, and trains usually run every 20 minutes.



You can also use local buses that connect different areas of Fuengirola, including the beach, shopping areas, and nearby neighbourhoods. Tickets are inexpensive and can usually be bought on board.
