It features one bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable single bed in the living area that folds away easily, accommodating up to 3 guests. You'll also find a flat-screen TV in this space, perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. Amazing amazing place! Very clean, cute decor, and the area that is in is phenomenal! So many stores and restaurants within just seconds of walking onto the street! The views from the room are incredible!!

The apartment is very close to practically everything in Madrid that you can walk and barely use transportation in the city. The fact that is on the 13th floor allows you to have a beautiful view of Gran Via. Francisca and the team are charming as their name says. Effective, very nice and provide very good reponses in short periods of time. 5-Stars for this apartment.
