After we paid all of the money they ask for I wanted to Check in earlier? Because our flight was early than we expected and you wanted more money to have a check in at 11 instead of 4? Nobody was staying there why couldn’t we check in with no more money? You need to do better to your customers! We could have book with someone else a you could have loss us just to check in early by 5 hours early? That was very disappointing!

Our month long stay at the Cline Maricopa property was wonderful. The home was clean and well stocked. We had some start up issues that we called on and they were addressed quickly and professionally. A guest reference book explaining the grill, TV and thermostat workings would have helped and probably eliminated a call. Very impressed with the pool/patio area, multiple sitting and dinning areas as well as the supply of beach towels. Enjoy!
