Enjoy your own private patio and large backyard, along with a kitchenette, in-unit washer & dryer, fast WiFi, and free street parking. The space is bright, clean, and designed for comfort and privacy.
We are conveniently located near Cherry Creek State Park, Southlands Mall, about 20 miles / 35 minutes from downtown Denver.
Ideal for couples, traveling professionals, nurses on assignment, and guests visiting the area for work or extended stays.
Please note: we live on the upper level of the home, but the apartment has its own private entrance and no shared areas. We fully respect your privacy and are available if you need anything.

The entire stay was perfect. Communication with host was easy and very responsive to needs/questions. Enjoyed our visit! Would definitely recommend this place !!

This was a perfect place for our two week visit. It was conveniently located in an upscale neighborhood. It was clean, cozy, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Other than our food, it had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. David was very attentive in ensuring that we were comfortable, without being intrusive. We are already planning another trip and hope to stay here again if it is available.

The host was wonderful and accommodating. Instructions were simple. The home is beautifully decorated with all needed amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will consider this location for future visits.
