The apartment is located 1 minute from the beach and is situated in the Ocian neighborhood, which offers excellent infrastructure and everything is very close by, such as: kiosks, mini-markets on the street, close to small and large supermarkets like Extra, the Ocian shopping center and street market, various shops, restaurants, fast food, pizzerias, bars, banks, tourist attractions, public transportation, hospitals, shopping malls, etc. For your stay and comfort, the apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people or a maximum of 8 including adults and children. It features good quality furniture, including a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a living room with a large comfortable sofa and an 8-seater table, a suite with a double bed, a single bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a wardrobe, a large balcony with a barbecue and table, ceiling fans, a service area, cameras and 24-hour security, etc., all so that you and your family can have a great stay during your leisure time.
Note: There are two inflatable mattresses available in the property in case the number of guests exceeds 6 people.

*Do not sit on the upholstered furniture when wet or covered in sand. • Never spit or throw trash from the balcony.
