- The house boasts four comfortable bedrooms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

- We also own next door which is semi-detached and a 5 bedroom which can be rented at the same time to make a 9-bedroom property for larger groups. Please message us with a request to check the availability for you!

- The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for gatherings and features modern amenities and a warm ambiance.

- A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

- The private garden offers a peaceful outdoor space to relax and unwind.

Guest access:

During your stay at our cosy house, you will have full access to all areas, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience.
This includes:

-The Entire House-: You have exclusive access to the entire house, providing you with privacy and a peaceful retreat.

-Parking: Parking space for 1 vehicle is available on the property.




We aim to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Other things to note
Guest will be asked to digitally sign our company Terms and Conditions and asked for a £200 damage deposit hold on a credit card. This will be a pre-authorisation/hold. The money won’t be taken, it is an authorisation that an amount up to this can be taken if there's any damage caused by the guest or anyone from their booking party.

The pre-authorisation starts on the day of your arrival, or the Friday before your stay for weekend arrivals.
You will receive this back in your account around 10 days after your departure.

You should receive an email and an SMS message with a link to your "Guestflow" portal. This all needs to be completed to receive your lockbox code on the morning of your day of arrival. Please contact us if you have any issues at all with this process.

House rules:
- The lead guest must digitally sign our company T&Cs.
- A £200 damage deposit is required for your stay
- No smoking allowed. A £200 fine will be charged for smoking in the property.
Well-trained dogs are accepted, but you must follow our house rules and have paid for their stay. Please get in touch with us for prices and confirmation if you have more than two pets.
