Cosy Trulli with pool
Located in the south of Bari, in one of the most beautiful place between the Castellana Grotte’s hills, a striking landscape with age-old olive trees where time seems to be stopped to allow you to enjoy the quiet and scents that this place offers to you; moreover we are close to the most beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches. The Country house is composed by a trullo with “lamia” and alcove. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and refrigerator, parlour with fireplace, computer with internet connection, TV flat screen, stereo (with ipod connection) with sound spreading in the pool area.Second double bedroom ( that can become a twin bedroom) upstairs.
Outdoors kitchen and shower. 500 square meters garden, ornamental plants, gazebo with dinner table and forms, gazebo with big divan and cushions for total relax, deckchairs, sunshade parasol. Small gazebo with dinner table close to the pool. Parking area shared with the owner.
The airconditioning is available only in the bedroom on the upper level.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions for access to the property and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.
The owners, who are very discreet, reside (during certain periods in the summer) in the house next door, but will respect your privacy.
City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.

We had a really lovely 2 weeks here in late May/early June with our 3yr old daughter. The house is small, but with all the outside space it is perfectly big enough for a small family like us. The house was immaculate and well equipped and the pool & gardens very well maintained.
A car is essential as the location is rural and not within walking distance of any shops/restaurants etc. The house is in the midst of cherry orchards and olive groves - the countryside is stunning with an abundance of wildflowers.
There is a large selection of beaches & picturesque towns to explore nearby so plenty to keep everyone busy.

The Trullo is very nice, good equipped and well maintained. Especially the garden with the pool and the various tables and relaxing areas is just great. We also loved the "out-door kitchen" a lot and used it nearly every day.
For 2 people the house is comfortable - with a rainy day and 4 people it would possibly be quite tight. We have picked a very nice time with the harvest of the cherry trees all around the villa. Monopoli and Bari in close enough distance have been interesting targets for a day-trip – the real challenge was to find the place back again. We duly loved our stay at this Trullo.

We stayed for a week and found that the property was in a great position, an easy drive from both airports and the beautiful Monopoli, Polignano a mare and Alberobello. The outdoor space is huge, with plenty of seating areas - the cushioned canopy area was wonderful for shade and relaxing - and a fantastic outdoor kitchen and bbq which we used every night. Views look straight out onto rustic farmland, olive groves and the old, rustling trees around the house make the property especially magical. Not too good for bad hayfever sufferers, and a bit of noise from tractors, but wonderful to look onto.
The house itself is small and cosy, and is cool; perfect for hot days when you can spend most of the time outside. Though watch your head on the low arches!
The owners are friendly, welcoming and professional. Highly recommended.
