Turn off the Hummingbird Highway and pass through the large gates at the entrance to Valley Stream and enter your own private two hundred acre sanctuary. While the home has air conditioning in both master suites and all the comforts of a true 5 star resort it operates 100% from the high end solar system located a few hundred yards away in the staff area. The home has the most efficient air conditioning system, lights and appliances available which makes it possible to run exclusively off the solar system.
