Check in was very smooth. The location of the house was in a very good area. It was less than 20 minutes for everything I needed. I only had to message the host one time during my visit and the response time was very quick. The house was equipped with everything my family needed during our stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot spa. We went to the community pool and had a blast with the water slides. The park was directly across the street from the house. Our overall stay was great.

This was a very enjoyable stay. The home was nice. The pool was nice but the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Over all it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed every moment.

We loved our week at the villa and appreciated the baby amenities for our grandson. They made our stay with him much more enjoyable. The villa is south facing which really helps with sunshine in the pool and deck area especially at this time of year. A great park is across the street and a short stroll to the club house and their lovely zero entry pool. John was quick to answer any questions I had and the villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. We also loved the location of Windsor Hills, the proximity to pretty much anything you want to do as a tourist is perfect. Thank you for helping to make our 13 month old grandsons first holdiday a success.

The host, John was very easy to communicate with and even was able to accommodate a late check out for us, which was very helpful as we were traveling with small children. The house was a perfect set up for my family, with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. The pool/hot tub were great and the water was the perfect temp for both! The only recommendation I would have would be to replace the downstairs carpet in the bedrooms, it was fairly worn and buckling and has definitely seen better days. Overall, this didn't affect us, just something to note. We would definitely stay again!
