Elegant and modern 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Las Vegas. It is in a gated community just minutes from the strip, major freeways, shopping centers, and restaurants.
This private condo unit will be furnished with a queen size bed in the bedroom. It has a great sized walk-in closet. The living room will have a sofa bed, 55 inch flat screen tv with Roku, and chairs perfect to lounge in and accommodate an additional 2 person sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. A private laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer could also be accessed right in the unit which is located next to the kitchen. Kitchen essentials provided.
Gated Community with amenities that include the use of the pool, spa, fitness center, and bbq area. Shopping centers and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk. The strip and major freeways are a 10-15 minute drive. One designated covered parking at no charge.
This unit will be on the 2nd floor. Do not book if you are unable to carry your belongings up a flight of stairs as there are no elevators available. Please be mindful of adjacent neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum especially between 9 pm
- 7 am.
I will be glad to answer any questions- important: if you use my space to bring more guest than the number you disclosed I will charge 60 dollars extra per night per unregistered guest- so please be honest, and never bring other visitors other than the persons we previously agreed. This unit is a 4 person maximum occupancy ONLY.
*There will be video surveillance. This is not intended to violate our guest's privacy as it is only monitoring who comes in and out of the property. It is also intended to provide additional security measures for our guests and host.

This stay was better than being in a hotel! Miriam is helpful, communicative and the VRBO was clean, spacious, convenient and in a very safe area. It's far enough away from the main strip to get away from the noise, but close enough to visit. I was in the area for a conference and personally, coming to a VRBO instead of going to the conference hotel again was the BEST choice. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Great Vacation getaway. Nice 1 bedroom apt in a gated community with assigned covered parking. Very comfortable bed.

This condo is located in a gated community and is up one flight of stairs. There is a gym and a pool with a jacuzzi. Pool and Jacuzzi closed this time of year. Appliances were nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub/shower were on the small side, but adequate. Overall a nice place to stay. We’d stay there again.

This was my first VRBO experience and it was better than I expected. Nice and quiet place with still being close to everything Vegas has to offer.
